QUICK EVENT BRIEF:
To show appreciation to Verizons biggest earners throughout the year, Samsung along with other sponsors put on an extravagant party called the Winners Circle in 7x locations throughout the US. This was used as an opportunity to educate Verizon employees on the new features of the Galaxy S9 & S9+.
OUR ROLE:
x Create and maintain client budget
x Create and adhere to production work back
x Produce and design all creative 3D renderings, build documents etc.
x Produce all print ready files for in booth signage, graphic wraps, flyers etc.
x Design and fabricate 4x Avatar Selfie Stations
x Design and fabricate 3x custom display tables
x Design and fabricate custom 8' x 8' fully automated confetti photo booth
x Print all collateral (in booth signage, 22" x 28", flyers, dimensional, etc.)
x Source, hire, and manage all vendors audio, lighting, drape, rentals)
x Procurement of all special event permits and COI's
x Manage and confirm local labor in each market for install, live event and strike
x Logistics and routing to and from each market
x Communicate with venue for install/strike and any misc. production related issues
x Overall project management with client
